We recommend that customers wait in their vehicle until the session start time in case of bad weather.
  • DO NOT attend the centre if you or any other person in your booking are showing symptoms of COVID-19 or if you are in an at-risk category that has been outlined by the government.

However, it is not necessary to wear a face mask when sitting at your table, eating and/or drinking. Children under 11 and those who cannot wear one due to a physical/mental illness or impairment or disability will not be required to wear a face covering, however, If you are exempt from wearing a face-covering you CANNOT access the play frames.

You will be told your table location and number upon arrival at the centre. Our tables vary between 3-6 people, chairs are not to be moved to seat more than capable at a table.
  • Social Distancing: Seating has been spaced out throughout the centre to enable us to keep the required space between groups. When entering the centre or waiting at our food & beverage till we ask that all customers keep to the social distancing guidelines.
  • Toilets: Our toilets will be open as normal including our disabled toilet. We have extra cleaning procedures in place for your safety. All parents/guardians will be required to fully supervise their child when visiting the toilet. Hand washing signs are in place to remind our guests of the handwashing procedures required. We will only be allowing one adult in the toilets at any one time.

  • These measures are in place for the safety of our customers and staff. We are working hard to ensure all measures are being carried out in line with government guidelines.
